Biology is facing a new revolution due to the massive amount of data coming from the new experimental methods of Proteomics and Genomics. It is clear, by now, that a systemic approach is the only one able to understand the complexity of biological problems. In this perspective, the Complex Network Theory is proving to be very useful.
