Here we are, ready to start a new adventure in our lab! For years we were busy in undertaking advanced research projects and business applications, developing cutting edges software solutions and smart algorithms. The Data Scientist we have in our team are really outstanding and now is the time to share with all of you the knowledge we accumulated so far. We have Michelangelo Puliga, our Chief Data Scientist, who is able to handle every kind of algorithm in Complex Networks Analyisis and Machine Learning, with a deep knowledge in Python and all possible Scientific Libraries, from Numpy/Scipy, to Matplotlib, NetworkX, Pandas, Scikitlearn, just to mention the most popular ones. Then Luca Secchi our IT Architect, former IBM engenieer, landed in Linkalab to fully express his passion on the emerging software platforms,  ranging from Drupal to Elasticsearch, AngularJS, Meteor and visualization tools like D3.js. Finally my dear colleague, Vincenzo De Leo, an elementary particle physicist. For him AWS has no secrets, and the new wave of cloud computing platforms as well. He will tell us about his experience in coding advanced Network algorithms in the new computational paradigms, Mapreduce and Bulk Syncronus Parallel, leveraging on Hadoop and Spark.

So I'm excited to tell you that we are ready. We will be out with something new on a weekly basis. Michelangelo will be the first. Go!
